The following individuals received recognition from their peers and the CAPS community for being continually engaged in the CAPS Program at a high level, and for their contributions and outstanding efforts in support of the CAPS Program in their states. The recognition occurred on Thursday, December 2, 2010, during the Banquet at the 2010 CAPS Conference in Kansas City, MO. A Pest Detection/CAPS silver coin was given to the recipients as a small token of appreciation.

Special Recognition
A plaque was presented to the Center for Environmental and Regulatory Information Systems (CERIS) at Purdue University, in recognition of their efforts, achievements, and dedication over the years in support of the Cooperative Agricultural Pest Survey (CAPS) Program and the CAPS community. Accepting on behalf of all those past and present who devoted time and energy to the development, maintenance, and deployment of the National Agricultural Pest Information System (NAPIS), Pest Tracker, and the CAPS Resource and Collaboration website.
