Survey Manuals

The purpose of the Small Grains Survey is to detect new infestations of targeted small grains pest species at low population levels. Small grains include barley, oats, and rye and wheat. The Small Grains Survey Reference provides standardized guidelines for conducting a Small Grains detection survey in the United States and its territories.

The Small Grains Survey Reference consists of an Introduction and individual pest datasheets. The individual pest datasheets are posted as free-standing documents (below).
